Our May meeting for 2017 will be held this Monday 1 May at 7.30 pm at the Bemboka Hall. The topic of the meeting is “What plant is that?” Members are to bring a plant specimen to add to the competition. The Bemboka Garden Club will purchase prizes. New members welcome.

Our April meeting for 2017 will be held this Monday 3 April at 7.30 pm at the Bemboka Hall. At the meeting we are going to take cuttings from plants brought in by members and pot them up. It works well when members pre-prepare some pots with the soil in them and we all bring in heaps of cuttings to share. It will be a fun night.A reminder to the members who took vases last meeting that their floral arrangements will be displayed on Monday night. New members welcome.
Our March meeting for 2017 will be held this Monday 6 March at 7.30 pm at the Bemboka Hall. The topic for March is the Dwarf Tomato Project with Patrina Nuske as guest speaker.The floral arrangement is ‘Using a Treasured vase’.Members will also be given vases for the April Arrangement.New members welcome!

The Bemboka Garden Club will be holding its 32nd Annual Flower Show in the Bemboka Memorial Hall on Sunday 30th October from 12-3 pm. Admission is $5 and includes light refreshments. Rules for competition are outlined in the 2016 schedule and a flyer is also available for members who would like to advertise the show to their workmates and friends. Copies are available at the Bemboka Post Office or can be downloaded here:
Our October Garden Club Meeting falls on NSW Labour Day, Monday 3 October this year. The meeting starts at 7.30 pm in the Bemboka Memorial Hall. New members welcome! The main business will be to prepare for our Annual Flower Show to be held on Sunday 30 October. Bring a vegetarian dish to share.
